Refund Eligibility
Refund Circumstances
Refund requests may be eligible in the following instances:
- Technical Difficulties: If system failures or technical errors prevent successful telemedicine consultations.
- Appointment Cancellations: Refunds are granted based on the timing of appointment cancellations, as described below.
1.2 Cancellation Timeframes
- 48+ hours (2 days) before the appointment: Full refund.
- 24 hours before the appointment: Partial refund.
- Less than 24 hours before the appointment: No refund.
This is because the doctor's time is already reserved for you.
2. Refund Process
2.1 Initiating a Refund
To request a refund, email Fitcura LLC support at support@fitcura.com, providing relevant details such as your appointment date and cancellation reason.
2.2 Review and Assessment
We will review your request to verify whether it meets the eligibility criteria, including evaluating technical issues or the timing of cancellations.
2.3 Refund Decision
If your request is approved, we will notify you and inform you about the refund amount and expected processing time.
3. Refund Exceptions
3.1 Completed Services
Refunds are not typically granted for services already rendered. Exceptions may be made under special circumstances and will require management approval.
3.2 Provider Availability
If your healthcare provider is unavailable, Fitcura LLC will try to reschedule your appointment. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
4. Payment Disputes
4.1 Chargebacks
If you wish to dispute a charge, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in service suspension and additional fees.

5.1 Policy Updates
Fitcura LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and the updated policy will be posted on our website.
